• NatWest Intermediary Solutions is the refreshed intermediary arm of the RBS Group that was launched on 1 February 2010.
• We offer brokers a great range of residential mortgages for first time buyers, home movers and remortgagers as well as mortgages for buy-to-let investors.
• We actively support the first-time buyer market through mortgages that have been specifically designed for people buying a house through the Government-backed shared equity schemes and we continue to lend at up to 90% LTV.
• Advisers can anticipate the launch of a number of new savings, investment and protection products this year as we support their diversification activities .
• To make life easier for brokers, we have streamlined our application processing so that there’s just one centre for all correspondence along with just one phone number and one fax number.
• As RBS Intermediary Partners, we were named Most Improved Lender 2009 at the Financial Adviser 5 Star Service Awards – something we are very proud of and we are committed to carry on improving.
