KFIs, AIPs and applications
To get a Key Facts Illustration (KFI) or Agreement in Principle (AIP), log into our service centre and follow the relevant links.
You can also get AIPs for purchase & remortgage applications through the Mortgage Trading Exchange (MTE).
Submitting applications can also be done through our service centre or through the Mortgage Trading Exchange (MTE).

Supplementary information required for Buy-to-let applications
When submitting buy-to-let applications for more than one loan at the same time, you should print and complete a supplementary application form for each extra loan. This form can also be found in the printable forms section of the NatWest pages
Supplementary information required for 'New build' applications
For applications on new build properties, please complete the relevant additional information form, which should be returned with the Income and KYC declaration plus DD mandate.
Know your customer certification
You can choose to certify that you have confirmed the customer's identity in accordance with the guidance set out by the Joint Money Laundering Steering Group. Please use the KYC Declaration to be found under printable forms.
Tracking your cases
We will keep you fully informed of the case progress at every stage of the application, either by email or by phone. It is essential you advise us if your contact details change.
